Blends and Bowls is a small local family owned business. We strive to make sure every customer has an AMAZING experience every time.  We go out of our way to provide total health and wellness.

Blends and Bowls was created out of the desire to provide the community fresh, delicious, and local ingredients. We wanted to provide the community with a place to eat that focuses on the well being of the total body.  Our menu is mostly gluten free, vegan, all natural with no add sweeteners or preservatives.
